The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Agent, Accounts Payable - TEMP. This job is full-time temporary.
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our professional Accounts Payable team. We seek a candidate with an innovative and forward-thinking attitude who is ready to take on challenges!
Your Challenges:
You will be responsible for the accounts payable of one or more sites and will work closely with internal and external clients to provide operational support.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing and distributing invoices via Outlook;
- Analyzing and validating account statements;
- Analyzing and resolving problematic invoices;
- Processing and recording invoices in various systems, including SAP;
- Responding to emails and calls within a reasonable timeframe.
Your Team:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be part of a dynamic team recognized for its true team spirit.
Your Profile:
- Completed DEP, AEC, or DEC, or a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting (an asset).
Your Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both official languages;
- Ability to work in a remote environment with digitized documents;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams;
- Prioritizing clients and their needs in your actions;
- Solid planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to work as a team member, communicate with all levels of the organization, and adapt quickly to change.
