Our Glenwood location in Arkansas, United States is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Mobile Equipment Supervisor. This job is permanent, full-time.

Searching for self-motivated individual who will manage Mobile Equipment Department and oversee maintenance of all Mill rolling stock equipment at our facility in Glenwood, AR.

Your challenges:

• Evaluate the need for replacement parts, place orders through proper channels.
• Oversee compliance of pre-shift inspections of mobile equipment. 
• Maintain inventory of mobile equipment and parts.
• Assist with mechanic duties, when needed.
• Daily coordination of mobile equipment contractors and repairs of their equipment.
• Review mobile equipment downtime to determine cause & prevention.
• Responsible for weekly inspections of all mobile equipment; schedule services-PM’s based on hour meter readings.
• Responsible for daily inspections of yards & roads (log yard, green yard, dry yard, plus roadways).
• Responsible for weekly inspections of lube & oil tanks for all departments.
• Schedule employees to maximize work efficiency.
• Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Your Profile:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years experience in maintenance field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of high production mills, a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Background in high production mills a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
