Maintenance Supervisor

Our Glenwood location in Arkansas, United States is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor. This job is permanent, full-time.

We are looking for someone eager to join our team to manage all aspects of maintenance including day-to-day and long-term maintenance projects at our Sawmill in Glenwood, AR.

Your challenges:

• Manage key personnel.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Review downtime to determine cause and prevention.
• Plan & coordinate long-term tasks (weekly, monthly, annually).
• Plan & coordinate service calls from vendors & contractors.
• Collect information from various sources to ensure parts & materials are on site.
• Schedule employees to maximize work efficiency.
• Actively train millwrights and new maintenance employees.

Your Profile:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years experience in maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in maintenance setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Background in high production mills a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong mechanical and welding knowledge.
